The Weight Trials is a personal challenge to get in shape. The focus is on overcoming the obstacles rather than how to get in shape. In this blog I will share what I eat and what I do to get in shape while trying to analyze the problems I have doing it.

When starting this I am a 33 year old male, 1.82m tall (6 feet), weighing 95 kg (209 lbs) with a body fat percentage of XXX which is considered overweight.

My idea is not specifically to loose weight but rather turn the fat I have into muscles. So I wont set a weight goal but rather a body fat percentage goal as I belive this is a more accurate way to determine the body I'm going for, but weight however is still a part of that. So weight similar or less to my starting weight, not more, and a body fat percentage of an athlete (6% - 12%).
